made an appt, got there and overheard two of the stylists fighting over who was going to have to do my hair since it was obvious that neither one of them wanted me as their client. as I was having my hair wrapped in a towel, the receptionist walked by and gave the poor guy who had lost the coin toss, her condolences. I asked for 2-3 inches off of my hair and lots of layers, what I got was my earrings pulled out several times and the male stylist laugh it off as though it were no big deal and by the time I got out of the chair i was missing approx. 7-8inches of length! I won't be back!!!
